From September through May, visitors have the chance to see music, dance and theatre performances by Children's Stage Lakefield and Performing Arts Lakefield. The town's Victorian past can be explored on a walking tour that visits several historic points of interest, including the 19th-century homesteads of prominent Lakefield citizens.
